AskCheck Privacy Policy

AskCheck values your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Data we collect
- Account data: email, name, and account identifier obtained when you sign in with Apple or Google.
- Health & fitness data: with your authorization, steps, active energy, heart rate, HRV, sleep, VO₂ Max, weight, etc. read from Apple Health (HealthKit).
- Diet log: meals and nutrients you enter, and meal photos you choose to upload for AI recognition.
- Health-check data: annual health-check values, reports, and medical images you provide.
How data is used
- To display your health dashboard, diet stats, and health-check trends in the app.
- When you use the AI chat (“Ask”), your questions together with the health-check, daily health, and diet data you choose to include are sent to the DeepSeek API to generate an answer. You can turn specific data types off in Settings, and the AI chat is used only when you choose to.
- Meal photos and health-check reports you upload are sent to the Google Gemini API for recognition, used only to return results.
- We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising.
Third-party AI services
To provide AI features, AskCheck shares the data above with the following third-party AI processors. Data is sent only when you use the relevant feature, after you grant permission in the app, and solely to return your results:
- DeepSeek (operated by Hangzhou DeepSeek Artificial Intelligence Co., Ltd.) — powers the AI health chat. Receives your questions and the health-check, daily health, and diet data you include. See DeepSeek's privacy policy at deepseek.com/privacy.
- Google Gemini (operated by Google LLC) — recognizes meal photos and health-check reports. Receives the images you upload. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
These providers process the data only to deliver the feature and do not use it to advertise to you. We confirm any third party we share data with provides protection equivalent to this policy.
Data storage
Data is stored in an access-controlled MongoDB database; health-check reports and medical images are stored in private cloud storage (Google Cloud Storage), accessible only to you after authentication. All transmission is encrypted via HTTPS.
HealthKit
Data obtained through HealthKit is used solely to provide app features. It is not used for advertising and is not shared with third parties that do not improve your health.
Your rights
You can delete your account at any time from the app's “Profile” page, permanently removing your account and all related data (including health-check files in the cloud).

我們蒐集的資料
- 帳號資料：透過 Sign in with Apple 或 Google 登入時取得的 Email、姓名與帳號識別碼。
- 健康與體能資料：經您授權後，從 Apple 健康（HealthKit）讀取的步數、活動能量、心率、心率變異、睡眠、VO₂ Max、體重等。
- 飲食紀錄：您輸入的餐點與營養素，以及您選擇上傳供 AI 辨識的餐點照片。
- 健檢資料：您提供的年度健檢檢驗數值、報告與醫療影像。
資料如何使用
- 於 app 內顯示您的健康儀表板、飲食統計與健檢趨勢。
- 當您使用 AI「問問」時，您的問題會連同您選擇納入的健檢、每日健康與飲食資料一併傳送至 DeepSeek API 以產生回答。您可在「設定」中關閉特定資料類型，且 AI 問問僅在您主動使用時才會傳送。
- 您上傳的餐點照片與健檢報告會傳送至 Google Gemini API 進行辨識，僅用於回傳辨識結果。
- 我們不會將您的個人資料出售或分享給第三方做廣告用途。
第三方 AI 服務
為提供 AI 功能，AskCheck 會將上述資料分享給下列第三方 AI 處理者。資料僅在您使用相關功能、並於 app 內取得您同意後才會傳送，且僅用於回傳您要的結果：
這些服務僅為提供功能而處理資料，不會用於對您投放廣告。我們確認所分享的第三方提供與本政策同等的保護。
資料儲存
資料儲存於受存取控管的 MongoDB 資料庫；健檢報告與醫療影像存放於私有雲端儲存空間（Google Cloud Storage），僅您本人經驗證後可存取。傳輸全程使用 HTTPS 加密。
HealthKit
透過 HealthKit 取得的資料僅用於提供 app 功能，不會用於廣告，也不會分享給沒有改善您健康用途的第三方。
您的權利
您可隨時在 app 內「個人」頁面刪除帳號，這將永久刪除您的帳號與所有相關資料（包含雲端的健檢檔案）。
